thanks for giving us an update and setting things right by adding your comment. I'm glad to hear that the quality of your services have improved and that your costumers are more satisfied now with your product.
However here at TaclobanHotels.com we rarely remove reviews, whether that are hotel reviews or in this case rewiews from Bayan's Family Ties. Our reviews here are from costumers who want to share their unbiased experiences on our open forum.
We don't remove rewiews just because of an improvement of services. But we do encourage you to give a management response to those reviews and give our readers the details of your improvements. Just like you just did. Our visitors actually think very highly of companies that respond to negative comments by making changes.
And FYI (For Your Informantion): My wife and I, we both have always been very satisfied with the quality of services provided by Bayantel. If we had any problems or for example when we wanted our unit changed we just gave Bayantel a call and immediately got a response.

i hope that everything is well on your side.
i would like to react on the comment from the lady regarding our service. FYI, it has been months now since the posting of the comment. FYI our service has improved because we have added more base stations to transmit our signal. Our subscribers are more satisfied now of the service.
i think it's unfair for our company to have such negative impression up to now.

Here's an update on Bayan's Family Ties: My wife and I we had finally our unit changed! We were formerly using the handheld unit "HUAWEI C22AS" with which we were facing some problems as the line would break down very often and we could not understand each other sometimes.
Now we are using the fix wireless Terminal (desktop unit) "ZTE WP960CD" which is bigger than the handheld unit but therefore is much more reliable as the line breaks down very seldom now and the talking quality is much better, too. It's a big difference compared to the handheld unit as for you can hear your talking partner very clear now.
The desktop unit is still wireless and you can still walk around and take it with you only it's bigger than the handheld unit and maybe a little bit less handy. But for me it's more important that I can hear the person that I'm talking to.
My wife liked the handheld unit because she thought that it was "cute" but still both of us recommend the desktop unit "ZTE WP960CD" that we're using now, because now we can talk for hours without having any problems.

yes, you're right, I always have the same problems when I call my wife in the Philippines.
But I think it depends also on the location as for Bayan Family Ties is not available in all parts of the Philippines.
For example when I call my wife and she's lying on the bed then it happens that we are always cut, cut, cut or that we can't hear eachother, but then again when she stands up and goes to the balcony then we can even talk for a longer time with a good quality.
Further I believe it depends also on what unit you're using, if you're using the bayanspan (handheld unit), the fixed wireless phone (desktop unit) or the bayanphone (fixed landline) as for example the desktop unit has a much bigger antenna as the handheld unit, which is just like a cellphone. As you can think this will certainly affect the quality of the connection ..
That's why my wife and I we have been thinking already if we should change the unit from the normal span to the desktop unit ..
Of course I can understand your anger, but the most important fact and the main reason why I'm using Bayan Family Ties is that for me it makes a big difference if i'm paying 1.8 cent per minute or 12.5 cent or even more per minute (depending on the provider you're using), specially when you're talking always for how many hours like me and my wife ..
And combined with a landline flatrate for my cellphone I can even call her from my work here in Germany as long as I want with no aditional cost ..
And that's the reason why i can recommend Bayantel's Family Ties for all heavy-users like me and my wife and everyone else should at least give it a try and decide then if it's worth it or not ..

ano ba yan kahit customer service ang tawagan not in service ang isasagot bale wala talaga ang sinasabi nyong wantusawang tawagan .Sa Lahat Ng Makakabasa Ng Comment kong ito ingat kayo baka maranasan nyo din ang inis na nararanasan ko ngayon.Pati ang asawa ko nagagalit na dito sa BAYAN FAMILY TIES na.kung dito lang siguro sa japan ang pinaka main ng BAYANTEL siguradong dinimanda na ng asawa ko to.ayaw na ayaw pa naman ng mga hapon ang manloloko.tulad ngayon kahit anong dial ang gawin namin sinsabing I enter the wrong pin,tapos di pa natatapos ang pin no.naggogoodbye na asar di ba?gusto kong pagmumurahin ang mga taga BAYANTEL.KAYA SA MGA BALAK KUMUHA NG UNIT NG BAYANTEL MAG-ISIP-ISIP KAYO AT DI NYO MAGUGUSTUHANANG SERBISYO.IMBIS NA MAKAKATIPID KAYO AY HINDI AT TATAAS PA PRESYON NYO SA SOBRANG ASAR.KAYA IBANG SERBISYO NA LANG ANG IAVAIL NYO NO!!!

bakit ganito ang service nyo napakapangit hindi ko maavail yung pinupromote nyong wantusawang tawagan palaging napuputol at maingay ang reception.siyempre mabubuwisit ka at di ka na tatawag.tapos may time na ang access no.ay buong araw busy ang line.tumawag ka naman sa customer service walang sasagot o kaya kung magbilin ka tumawag yung agent mo di nila sinasabi yata.ano ba yan nanloloko na yata kayo niyan ah,pagkatapos makakuha ng unit ang customer at bayad na wala na kayong pakialam sa problema namin.puro kayo pangako aayusin pero wala pa rin pagbabago.naku sabi ko nga sa mga kakilala ko wag na silang kumuha ng serbisyo nyo kung ayaw nilang mangunsumi.sana gawan nyo ito ng paraan at aksyon paradi dumami ang reklamo sa inyo.
