This Pensione is worth a look for anyone interested in a safe, clean functional place at a good price in Tacloban.
The original ancestral home now housing Rosvenil Pensione (with an old wing on the right side and expanded with a new three-storey wing building on the left flank) is located at Burgos Street.
The more modern building is where the best rooms are, the old building to the right is the residential house of the owners. It offers an excellent quiet retreat with a homey ambiance.
The De Luxe Rooms are situated on the higher floors in the new wing building with wide balconies.
The pensione has no elevator. Elderly people are adviced to book a room on the ground floor.
LOCATION
From the hotel you can easily reach the Sto. Nino Church on foot. It's just 5 to 15-minute tricycle/jeep ride from the city's shopping center and attractions like Sto. Nino Shrine and Heritage Museum. The Airport and MacArthur Monument are just 15 minutes away.
